Order Processing
Orders placed before 10:00 am (AEST) on business days are typically processed and dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 10:00 am, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that processing and dispatch times may be slightly longer during sales, promotional events, and other peak trading periods.

$10.00 – $2,499.99 AUD $19.99
$2,500.00 – $5,999.99 AUD $49.99
$6,000.00 and above AUD $299.99
Delivery Information
Shipping rates apply to all orders delivered within Australia.
Standard delivery typically takes 2–10 business days, depending on your location and the local courier network.
Accessories can be delivered to most PO Boxes.
Sewing machines and other large items require delivery to a physical street address and cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to public holidays, peak trading periods, extreme weather events, or courier delays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
