For PFAFF® Australia,the day was about more than completing a project. It was an opportunity to explore ideas, spend time making and connect through a shared passion for sewing.

Teach the World to Sew Day™ created a space for makers to put everyday distractions aside and simply enjoy sewing.
Beginners could experience the satisfaction of working through a project and seeing it take shape, while more experienced sewists could enjoy the process, refine familiar skills and find fresh inspiration.
But creativity doesn’t necessarily finish when an event does.
A technique discovered on the day can find its way into another project. A fabric combination can inspire an entirely different idea. Even a small construction detail can become something you return to again and again.
That’s the beauty of sewing:every finished piece can become the starting point for something new.
